Well you'd have to grow it out obviously. But no, unless your hair is naturally straight you can't achieve that without straightening it.

Probably can't... I have about 2ft long wavy thickkkkk hair and I know from experience that there is noooo way to get hair that flat and thin without straightening it, or wear a wig.
