I don't want anything that thickens or weighs my hair down, thanks
I have thick hair but no volume to it, what product would work best for me?
I suggest first to thin out your hair and see what that does and if that doesn't give you enough volume the try TIGI products, they work great and smell great too. I like small talk by TIGI BED HEAD it's in a purple round bottle. Also flip your head over when you dry your hair, dry like 3/4 of the way and then put hair spray in it (I recommend Aquage it's light and holds very well) with head still flipped over, finish drying that way. Flip head back over and style the way you like it.

Loreal or Garniea Fructise ( i have no idea how to spell that) maybe in the morning take a shower and put mousse in it .Maybe you should go to Wal-Mart and buy Volumizing Shampoo/Conditionor. I hope you get what you need :)

I had the SAME problem! I used Aussie hair volumizing shampoo and conditioner and it worked! Rarely does a product stand up to it's name these days.

I'd suggest using a styling mousse. Apply it to the roots before you blow dry, and partially dry your hair with your head hanging upside down, or holding your hairbrush a few inches above your scalp to add volume.
I'm both blessed and cursed with thick hair, and I go thru this same routine whenever I need a bit of volume added.
This definitely should help you!

A simple but effective product you could use is mousse. It adds lots of volume to your hair, without weighing it down (if you buy the right brand). You just apply a golf-ball sized dollop to wet hair, then blow dry. A good brand to use is Loreal.
